General Information & Registration
What is the Future Series?
The Future Series is a premier event for underclassmen and upperclassmen to participate against other players around the carolinas in front of college coaches.
When is the registration deadline?
The deadline for the North & South Carolina Future Series is October 5, 2026.
How are players selected?
Selections begin August 15, 2026. The scouting staff reviews player performance dating back from August 2025 to the current date.

Event Schedule & Itinerary
What is the format of the event?
The event is one day:
Saturday (7:30am to 10:am): Skills evaluation (60-yard dash, defensive drills, and batting practice).
Saturday (2:00pm to 8:00pm): 2 Games
When are the specific event dates for my age group?
13U, 14U, 15U 16U, 17U & 18U
What time should I arrive?
All participants shoudl plan to arrive ar 6:45 am on Saturday and 7:00 am on Sunday.
Gear & Uniforms
What equipment will players receive?
Every player receives a loaded gear bag that includes:
• 2 Custom Jerseys
• 1 Signature PG Hat
• 1 Perfect Game Hoodie
What is the required dress code?
To maintain a professional look, players must provide and wear:
White knickers or pro-style pants.
Belts and socks that match their jersey colors.
Registration Deadline: October 5, 2026
Locations: North & South Carolina participants will be at Sims Legion Park which is a turf facility.
College Coaches: Please note that college coaches will be in attendance at this event to evaluate talent and recruit prospective student-athletes. This is a prime opportunity to showcase your skills directly in front of collegiate programs.
CAROLINA FUTURE SERIES '26
Top Prospect Games: Perfect Game staff and college coaches be in attendance evaluating talent, and to select the Top 24 standout players across the event to earn an invitation to play in the Top Prospect Games.
ITINERARY
The Futures Series Underclass and Upperclass events feature a two-day showcase format consisting of a comprehensive skills evaluation (60-yard dash, defensive drills, and batting practice) on Saturday followed by two competitive showcase games on Sunday.

OFFENSE GUILDLINES
Teams will maintain the same continuous batting order throughout the event. Each new game must begin with the batter immediately following the player who recorded the final out (or completed the final plate appearance) of the previous game. This policy is designed to provide every player with a more equal number of at-bats during the weekend. Coaches are responsible for maintaining the correct batting order, and tournament staff may verify lineups before each game.
DEFENSE GUILDLINES
We will follow the standard Perfect Game pitching rules for all age groups. To ensure fair play and development, we will implement a rotational defensive strategy. Players will be moved between positions throughout the game, aiming to provide as close to equal playing time as possible.

Except for the rule modifications stated above, we will follow Perfect Game's National By-Laws and Rules.
